I am Sajal, a healthcare service management consultant. I have a very particular set of industry leading skills that I have acquired over my academic and professional career. I have a good blend of business, public and technology knowledge that aims at finding safer, better, and innovative healthcare service delivery framework.

I fix broken things in the health industry and develop things from scratch. I served at WHO supported immunization project, hospital, multinational pharmaceuticals company, pharmacy chain shops, and universities. I have experience in planning, preparing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a national level health intervention program that immunized (Measles and Rubella) 53,644,603 children (between 9 months to 15 years) in Bangladesh in 2014.

Currently I am working at the planning division of York Hospital Ltd. Here I am developing policies and strategic frameworks to serve the hospital’s mid-term and long-term strategic objectives. Some of my notable works include formulating corporate and management philosophies, crafting strategic management plans, introducing and implementing quality and safety culture in the hospital, and developing standard operating procedures on patient management and facility maintenance for different departments.
